Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day courtesy refund of half your deposit. Afterwards no monies are refundable but you can ALWAYS apply your deposits towards future Royalcations sponsored experiences.

Payment Plan Requirements:

Payment plans can only be added if the trip departure is more than 60 days away.
If more than 1 payment is missed you will be forfeited from your current trip but can apply your deposit to a future trip if booked within 12 months. A rebooking fee will apply.

Refer-a-Rafiki Discount

At Royalcations we call friends ‘Rafiki’. Make sure you download our Rafiki.Me App. It will help you locate a culturally knowledgeable Rafiki in any country you travel.

If you know someone who may be interested in booking a trip with us tell them to write your full name in the referral box on the registration form.

Once you and your Rafiki pay for the trip in full you both get a $25 discount refunded.

BONUS $$

If your Rafiki includes your email address when they register you will also get an extra $25 credit that will be applied to future Royalcations experiences. There is no limit to the amount of Rafiki you can invite but they must be new travelers with Royalcations. So rack up that FREE money.

Solo Travelers

Don’t wait for your friends and miss out on a trip of lifetime. We offer the option of single occupancy rooms when possible. However, we know that paying extra for a single takes away from your splurge travel money.

That is why we extend the option of pairing you with a suitable roommate with no additional charges. 14 days prior to departure you will be given the contact information of your roommate if both parties consent. This way you can be properly acquainted.
